    • Approved 2d Reading of Ordinance 2026-12: An ordinance amending Ordinance 5-2021 Entitled: Governing the operation of Mobile Food Unit Vendors in the City of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.
    • Approved 2d reading of Ordinance 2026-13: An ordinance changing the zoning of 534 East Locust Street, Mount Sterling, Kentucky, being a portion of Parcel No. 23M-80-08-034.00 (previously identified as 600 East Locust Street, Mount Sterling, Kentucky) from “R-1A (single family residential)” or “Cemetery Zone” District or Zone to “R2 (Low-Density Residential)” District or Zone”
  11. Resolutions:
    • Approved Resolution R10-2026: A resolution of the City Council of the City of Mt. Sterling, KY authorizing the retirement of Police Dog KANE and awarding police Dog KANE to Sergeant Casey Browning; providing effective date; annual stipend for care; reimbursement for medical care; and all other purposes.
    • Approved Resolution R11-2026: A resolution adopting and approving the execution of a Municipal Co-op Program contract between the City of Mt. Sterling, KY and the Commonwealth of KY, Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways for the FY beginning July 1, 2026, in the amount of $100,000 using CG-01 Grant pool funds for the resurfacing of various city streets.

    • Approved Municipal Order 1-2026: Additional compensation for services rendered for City Employees.
